10. Returns and Refunds

Refunds will normally be issued as store credit for most purchases. For EU and UK customers, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Items that are opened, used, or fall under non-returnable categories cannot be refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: Skincare, haircare, beauty, bath & body, and baby-care products that have been opened or used Beauty and personal-care accessories or tools once opened (for hygiene reasons) Products marked as final sale, promotional items, or free gifts Customized or special-order items Products covered under a manufacturer warranty, if applicable, will be handled according to the original manufacturer’s terms. To request a return, contact House of Ateeq Support via live chat or email. Photo or video evidence may be required depending on the issue. All returned items must be: In original packaging, Unused and unopened, Complete with all accessories, parts, manuals, and tags, Refunds are processed within 72 hours after the returned item is received and approved by our quality check team.
