House of Ateeq delivers to multiple countries across the world, making it easier for you to shop internationally and receive products safely and efficiently. We work with trusted global courier partners and manage customs handling wherever possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Below is the list of countries where House of Ateeq currently delivers.

Australia, Germany, India, Italy, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States Of America.

Customs and Import Information

House of Ateeq provides transparent international shipping that includes duties and taxes for most countries.

We handle all customs clearance and import fees for deliveries to the following regions and countries:

  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia.
  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy.
  • Oceania and Asia: India, Australia and New Zealand.
  • North America: United States Of America.

For these destinations, customers will not be asked to pay any additional duty, tax, or customs fees upon delivery.

For all other countries not listed above, House of Ateeq delivers orders directly to your location; however, customers are responsible for any applicable local duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees as determined by local authorities.

House of Ateeq ensures that full export documentation accompanies every shipment and that all items comply with international trade regulations. In rare cases where an item cannot be imported due to restrictions or prohibitions, the affected product(s) will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Middle East: 6–12 business days
  • Europe and United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Oceania (Australia and New Zealand): 7–14 business days
  • North America: 4–10 business days
  • India: 7–14 business days
  • Asia (excluding India): 8–14 business days

Please note that these are average timeframes and may vary depending on customs clearance, local regulations, or courier operations in your region.

Shipping Rates & Membership Benefits

Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order value and weight. If a country is PRO eligible, PRO members benefit from free standard shipping in eligible countries. Express shipping options are available in selected regions for an additional cost.

We partner with major international carriers including DHL, FedEx and UPS for reliable delivery and tracking.

Order Tracking & Scope of Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Via your account you can monitor your order status. If you notice damage on exterior packaging on delivery, please refuse receipt and contact our support team immediately. If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please contact us within 7 days.

If Your Order Isn't Received

If your package is delayed beyond the estimate, please check your tracking information. If tracking shows no update for more than 48 hours after the expected delivery date, contact our support team via live chat or email and provide your order number, address and tracking number.
