Returns and Refunds Policy

At House of Ateeq, we aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. While we work closely with our suppliers to deliver quality products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment if they have not yet been processed for dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team through live chat or email at support@houseofateeq.com only.

Requests for cancellation should be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, following the procedure below.

2. Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

We accept returns for items that arrive defective, incorrect, or damaged. Customers should contact our support team via live chat or email within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return process:

  • Contact support to initiate the return.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product's condition.
  • Our team will review and confirm whether the item needs to be returned or can be refunded without return.
  • If a return is required, House of Ateeq will arrange collection through one of our courier partners.
  • Once collected, please ensure the product is packaged securely in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components as received. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund unless they were received defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Skincare, haircare, beauty, baby-care, and bath & body products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Beauty accessories and personal-care tools once opened (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Products with broken, damaged, or removed safety seals
  • Final sale items, promotional items, or free gifts
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Electrical or battery-operated grooming / personal-care appliances that are damaged due to misuse, improper voltage, or incorrect setup

Customers are responsible for reviewing voltage requirements, plug types, product usage instructions, and manuals before use. Products damaged due to incorrect handling are not eligible for return.

4. Return Shipping and Costs

House of Ateeq will cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 72 working hours. Refunds are provided to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges or any special handling fees.

In some exceptional cases, a refund may be issued without requiring the item to be returned. Refunds to the original payment method will be processed immediately after approval. House of Ateeq does not charge any restocking fees.

6. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is under warranty, our support team will help you process a claim in line with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
